Everything in our society is law based. From the cups of coffee you hold in your hand, to the warning labels on packages to the user agreements you sign on social media or on Amazon – literally all aspects of our lives are affected by laws. Unfortunately, laws and their origins are not easy to understand. Much like the IRS with it’s volumes of rules and regulations for filing something as ordinary as our taxes, the field of law is equally complex and difficult to understand. And it shouldn’t be. If law is inherently involved in our lives we should be able to understand the basic concepts.
In the blog section of this site, I attempt to simplify the various types of law so that the general public can better understand it. From personal injury, to contract law, the blog posts will cover all types of law and give a simple breakdown of how the law applies. I am not an attorney. If I were, I probably wouldn’t be trying to help you understand these principles. Most attorneys don’t share this material with their clients and if they do, chances are they can’t simplify it so that they’ll understand. As a law student, I’ve had to take these complex ideas and simplify them so that I could understand them.
